Get a Gnip account, go the <a href="https://s.gnipcentral.com/publishers/delicious/filters" rel="nofollow">del.icio.us filter page</a>, add you JabberID and a comma separated list of tags in the "Tag" form, and voilà you get del.icio.us bookmarks posted to you in near real-time. You can also track bookmarks based on their URL or their author. I haven't found how to create filters for Twitters since they don't use tags but it's probably already possible, I'm just missing something though (the API doc is not very clear). You can also and already use track with del.icio.us and some other data publishers.
