Over the past 2 years or so, open (free if you prefer)support to Spring by SpringSource members has declined considerably. The core container forum (http://forum.springsource.org/forumdisplay.php?f=26) has more unanswered questions than ever before. I don't know if it is because the investors insisted or their own volition. SS has announced a SS Enterprise Maintenance Policy where they offer their support their clients for free and I don't mind that. But I think it would be a much better Spring universe if Spring core group were to login and answer some of the questions which go unanswered.
